Situation: What is the situation/problem/overarching context of your endeavour?

Relevance: Why is it important to address this issue?

Solution: Description of the vision, the specific target groups, and the activities of the project. Are there any relevant studies/data or internal successes that confirm the approach?

Accessibility: How do the target groups mentioned gain access to the project/offer?

Outcome goals: What should change for the target group as a result of the project? How will you know if you have been successful?

Unique selling point: What comparable projects exist in your relevant geographical context? What sets your approach apart?

Team: What relevant skills/experience do you have for the project?

Cooperation: If relevant, which partners are involved in the project and in what form?
